Emotional First Aid (EFA) Courses

Please find our Emotional First Aid Training Courses through out the UK detailed below. The courses cost £300 per candidate. To book your place, simply click here. In order to complete the EFA training and receive your certificate there is a minimum attendance of 83% (5 of the 6 sessions), as well as a three month and annual call back (which will be arranged with each cohort after the initial training).

Any participant who is absent from Session 1 will not be able to attend the rest of that course and will be placed on a subsequent course dependant on availability.

This training is open to all candidates who have completed the Emotional First Aid Training. So far we already have 22 licensed Trainers within Southampton and you could join them to promote Emotional First Aid amongst your colleagues or even as a private Trainer!
